* "Last 1/2 mile or so of Overland Pass Rd is not paved. It's not bad on a road bike though, except for a very steep and loose section at the top, maybe 100 or 200 yards long. Be advised: Do Not attempt to avoid Overland Pass by riding all the way up Left Hand Gap Rd.- it becomes a long and rough dirt road and it is actually private property now. The only unpaved portion of this ride was the top of Overland Pass."  Special thanks to Strava member Kevin Campbell, Hollidaysburg, PA for this input.
